The Tin Dispatch-Box

The Tin Dispatch-Box: A Compendium of the Unpublished Cases of Mr. Sherlock Holmes was first published in 1965. A reprint edition appeared in 1994. I am sorry to announce (21 May 2000) that this edition is sold out, and the booklet is no longer available in any form.
